Joe Fraser in GB squad for World Gymnastics Championships in Germany

Joe Fraser cannot wait to reveal his kind on the stage having been appointed in the GB squad.
The 20-year-old Sky Sports Scholar has lately returned from a coaching camp in Tokyo where he is going to hope to perform in the Olympics next summer.
Fraser was fourth in the all-around this year’s European Championships, and won gold in also the High Bars as well as the Parallel Bars.
Together with the championships to be held in Germany between October 4-13, Fraser said:”I feel proud to maintain the place I am now awarded the amount of hard work and commitment I’ve placed over the past couple of weeks.
“I have tried to enhance my start values which means, obviously, my patterns are more challenging than they have ever been before, so I need to be fitter than I’ve ever been before and trying harder than I’ve ever tried before.
“I am super pleased to perform the way I did at the World Championship trials and I am happy to remove the British team title with town of Birmingham and the London Open title last weekend.
“Being a part of the British group constantly excites me because I understand what we are capable of and what we could achieve if we put our minds together.
“I couldn’t have done this without the support of my loved ones, friends and patrons and not forgetting my awesome coach who has been there with me each step along the way.
“I say’bring on the World Championships now!’ .”
Additionally in the GB men’s team is dual world champion Max Whitlock, 2018 European floor winner Dominic Cunningham, Giarnni Regini-Moran and present British champion James Hall, that also competes as a gymnast in his first championship.
The women’s group for the championships will be revealed on September 19.
James Thomas, British Gymnastics operation director, added:”Selecting the teams for the World Championships always provides difficult decisions for selectors and this is conducive to the thickness of world-class talent.
“I am delighted we have a bunch of talented gymnasts representing Great Britain that will excite the crowds in Stuttgart with the intention to qualify both our teams to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.”
