Although others will just call it Barrio Norte), the El Taller Bar in Plaza Serrano, hip cocktail bar Mundo Bizzaro, at their new premises between Plaza Serrano and Av. Cordoba, and finally, the secretive Bar Ocho7Ocho in Palermo Soho.
