Paranormalists and conspiracy theorists are abuzz with chatter after recently discovering a photo taken by an army specialist this past December. The photo is of a strange object floating over the Fray Luis Beltran army base, located near the city of Rosario in Santa Fe.
According to Argentinian paranormalist Gustavo Fernandez, the arrowhead-shaped object appeared to have propulsion nozzles and a distinct shape which would made it ideal for flying. He says that while it could be a secret military prototype, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that said object could in-fact be a UFO. Fernandez is not the owner of the photo, nor was he at the scene where it was taken.
