It's a bit confusing, but the reports I've read indicate that discussions are ongoing, which means the strike isn't halting anything. Either way, there's beef in my local grocer, so I'm happy. Let's hope an agreement can be negotiated soon though... poor old Cristina had to cancel her trip to the UK to speak at her boyfriend's (sorry, I mean Economic Minister ;-) old university , LSE, because of the ongoing crisis. However, I think this Bloomberg report is old news (from Friday 28th March) – as far as I am aware, the farmers strike and roadblocks are still ongoing (they were only partially lifted for a very short time on Friday). Let’s hope an agreement can be negotiated soon though… poor old Cristina had to cancel her trip to the UK to speak at her boyfriend’s (sorry, I mean Economic Minister ;-) old university , LSE, because of the ongoing crisis.
