Study Shows Apartment Prices Rising, Particularly in Bariloche

The cost of an apartment in Bariloche rose the most, with a 25 percent increase, in comparison with an average rise throughout the interior of 22 percent. A popular tourist destination for skiing in winter and hiking in the summer, it is not surprising that prices in Bariloche are experiencing the greatest inflation. The beautiful town and the surrounding area are desirable real estate 365 days of the year. The rise throughout the nation may reflect the slow but steady recovery of prices from the crash of 2001.
