This weekend, the Japanese Garden is the site of the “Orchid Party” (Fiesta de Orquídeas), hosted by the Association of Producers and Cultivators of Orchids. Already a beautiful space, with paths that wind around a lake and through Zen gardens, the Japanese Garden will be even more spectacular when it is filled with over 300 different types of orchids. According to the Clarín, the event begins today and runs to June 16th, from 10am to 6pm each of the four days. The exhibition will also feature talks by the growers about the cultivation and preservation of orchids.
