The 4th edition of “Caminos y Sabores” (Roads and Flavors) is coming to La Rural in Buenos Aires from July 10th to the 13th. This fair is a chance for Argentines and tourists to sample foods from across the entire country—olive oils, wines, salamis—as well as see various traditional handicrafts. According to My Buenos Aires Travel Guide, the fair is organized according to food types, including, Tea and Yerba Mate Road, Meats Road, Oil and Spices Road; Fruits from the Earth Road, and Cheese Road, only to name a few. There will be chefs preparing dishes throughout the day as well as speakers giving talks on a wide variety of food and tourism related subjects. The fair will be open from noon to 9 and will cost 15 pesos.
