On July 6^th, Cordoba will celebrate its 435^th anniversary of its founding with a guided tour of the city’s five greatest sites. According to Latitude 2000, these sites were selected by members of La Voz del Interior (the newspaper) and the Cordoba Tourism Agency. The winners were the Iglesia de la Padres Capuchinos, the Palacio Martín Ferreyra, the Cañada, the Catedral, and Manzana Jesuitica. The tour will begin at 11 at the Iglesia and end at 7 at the Manzana Jesuitica. For those able to attend, the journey from site to site will be an excellent way to think about the city’s rich and long history. And for tourists unfamiliar with Cordoba, it will be an opportunity to known the city among people who are proud to be from it.
