Famous Argentine singer Juana Molina will release her new album Un Dia on October 7th on Domino Records. According to Paste Magazine, this album will be the most stripped down and personal of Molina’s albums to date. It was recorded by Molina in her own home outside of Buenos Aires; she was aided only by guitarist Gareth Dickson. Until then, Molina will be touring with Feist. They will end their tour with three more concerts in August, all in venues larger than Molina is used to playing in. However, she says that she wants her music to continue resonating on an individual level with all of her fans. Her new album, with its home grown rhythms and lyrics, should do just that.
