Chabad Universo is a one-day conference in the city of Buenos Aires that brings together the 750 paid employees of Chabad of Argentina, the nation’s largest Jewish non-profit employer. The conference was held yesterday and it was meant to give the employees a sense that they are all working on something bigger than their individual projects. According to Lubavitch, Chabad of Argentina is based in 33 different cities across the country and is known for its Jewish educational programs and humanitarian projects. At the conference, important members of the Jewish community spoke about the goals of the organization and the challenges facing it in the future as it expands but does not lose its sense of unity and purpose.
