Dancing Mood, performing tomorrow in Buenos Aires, is a band that transforms jazz standards into danceable ska and reggae versions. The group was started in 2000 by trumpet player Hugo Lobo, who had a lot of experience performing with big bands. He drew together various performers, creating a core of seven musicians that is supported by a changing arsenal of players. They have made 5 records thus far, including a compellation of their greatest hits. For this performance, Dancing Mood with play with an orchestra of over 70 musicians! According to the official website, Dancing Mood has already performed this month in Rosario and Cordoba. The concert takes place at Luna Park and begins at 9pm; tickets on sale at the venue.
