Casa FOA is a yearly project that brings together decorators, architects, designers, and landscapers to work on the restoration of a chosen building. Together, they showcase the local and international trends in architecture, interior design, and landscaping, pulling together in one place what is happening around the world today. Former projects include the Puerto Madero Dock 5 in 1993, the Palacio Alcorta in 1994, and the Tattersal de Palermo in 1998. According to My Buenos Aires Travel Guide, this year Casa FOA is celebrating its 25th anniversary by renovating the Puerto de Frutos in Tigre. The new and improved version of this famous hub of commerce can be seen by visitors from October 10th to December 8th. Entrance is 25 pesos.
