The New York Times reports on a growing trend in Argentina, entrepreneurialship.  The article focuses on Felix Racca, an investor who is helping build a software company amidst the seemingly unfortunate global financial markets.  The presence of venture capital has become more pronounced since the Argentine crisis in 2001, when access to credit all but disappeared.  According to the 2008 Venture Capital Observatory Report, over $25 million is accessible this year from those funds and investors.  This number should remain stable and represents a faith in the ingenuity of the Argentine market.
