From January 16th to February 28th, the Government of Buenos Aires will be organizing “Buenos Aires Playa” for all us folks who haven’t had the chance to skip town this summer. There will be two makeshift beaches, one in Parque de los Ninos and another in Parque Roca. From Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm, people can relax in the beach chairs and sandy lots with live music and book readings to keep them entertained. Of course there will be water fountains and lots of other activities for all ages. Games of volleyball, football and tennis will be organized by sports coordinators and dance lessons will be held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
