Brian Howlin

It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” – Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Brian HowlinBrian is the youngest member of Argentina’s Travel Guide and is in charge of a number of things. You could call him the resident multi-tasking monkey (don’t ask). Some of Brian’s responsibilities include guide page and directory maintenance, uploading, formatting & illustrating new content and articles, and doing much if not all of our research. He’s also quite handy at SEO and online marketing.

The only Argentine-born member of the ATG team (so far), he is finishing a degree in Business Economics at Torcuato Di Tella University. He has been a fan of computers & technology forever—he obtained a computer technician certificate a the age of 15 and has been hooked since. As you can probably imagine, he really digs both the IT and business world and has an unquenchable thirst for learning. He is also a car buff and an asado connoisseur, with serious aspirations for world-travel. is his first experience in internet business; his previous foray into business as a computer technician was not directly related but left him with some great skills (need to set up an office LAN, anybody?) All the ATG magic starts in a comfortable Argentinian Quincho before it reaches the rest of you around the world. After all, says Brian, the Quincho is the Buenos Aires equivalent to a Silicon Valley garage. Who knows? Perhaps an excellent team working in the quiet BA neighborhood of Martinez is steadily building the next dot-com success story.
