Adriana Bozzi Gallery PieceWith only five days of living in Buenos Aires, I can safely say I feel at home. I’ve just moved to the well-known boho-chic neighborhood of Palermo Soho, where the narrow tree-lined cobble stone streets and well manicured boutiques flourish in this European kissed neighborhood. Beautiful people, great food, posh shopping, all at a relatively lower price compared to other hot spot international cities. It’s easy to get caught up with the ebb and flow of shoppers along these streets, but what really makes Palermo Soho a special destination are its hidden art galleries

Colorful Streets of Buenos Aires

cimg1192.jpgWalking in the city of Buenos Aires is visual entertainment – from street scenes of tango dancers and stands of arts and crafts to breath-taking architecture, the city delivers significant sights to see. A personal favorite is graphics – from advertising to murals and window dressing. The city is a unique combination of the First and Third world and of Latin and European influences. This mix shows through in its signs and symbols that seem to complement the city’s culture. Even the figures in the “walk/don’t walk” signals have there own personal style, with a more robust, macho look than their North American counterparts. Maybe it’s the steak?
