Tucumán has fewer tourists, therefore less variety in sleeping accomodations, than other large provincial cities. However there is more than enough to satisfy the needs of any traveller. As a general rule, avoid the cheap pensiones Av. BrÃgido Terán, across the street from the bus terminal, where the quality of the amenities leaves much to be desired.
