In Argentina my grandmother Teresita offers cooking classes of Argentinian cuisine. There are many classes to choose from. The classes are from diferentes countries of south America. The countries are Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay and Bolivia. The food from these countries are all very different and at the classes people can learn popular dishes from each country.
If you are interested in a cooking vacation to Argentina, my grandma can arrange a culinary tour to show you the best places to eat, the nice markets and she combined them with cooking classes at her home where she teaches cooking classes.

Wow, this is great, I am so glad i decided to read this post! I am looking forward to learning how to cook like an Argentinian very much so and I think this is how I am going to learn!

Yes, this is quite a splendid little class. I took it on my trip and it was a blast, I learned so much and the instructor was so hands on and cooperative with my lack of cooking knowledge in general. I really learned a lot from this!
