hi…I'm going to BA in Jan. Does anyone know of a good local tour guide? I'm still just getting my info together, so I'm open to walking, being driven or public transportation. Also, I know good guides sell out fast, so if I could make arrangements before I go, that would be great, so if there is a website or email address that would help. Thanks!

MemberI would recommend the tour guide I used. She is certified and very knowledgeable about the city and the area. She helped me decide on the sites to cover, then she planned the route and we went to a lot of places. She had a lot of spontaneous comments and information and made the city come alive. You can tell she likes he city and it's history. She was fun to spend the day with and very informative, even making a number of suggestions for other things to see and do.
