We are planning to rent an apartment for a month in BA. We are a family with 3 children, planning to take Spanish. All things being equal, which neighborhood would you recommend, San Telmo, Palermo, or Recoleta? We are avid runners. Also, how long would it take to travel from the Recoleta neighborhood to San Telmo, if we were living in one and taking Spanish in the other. Thanks. Sara.

Hi Sara! I would recommend Recoleta first and Palermo second. Recoleta is ritzier, nice for running, and safer. Getting to San Telmo is pretty easy in a cab. Enjoy your trip!
